Cognitive sports training works the brain like a muscle to maximize your cognitive performance just as you would your body—through isolation, overload, and repetition. The Mastermind program easily incorporates cognitive training into your sport-specific development regimen. Whether you want to train in person or virtually, you can sharpen skills that translate to superior athletic performance.
In-Person Program
For athletes in the Chicagoland area, you can opt to train at our Naperville Innovation Lab. Work with a cognitive training coach three times per week who will guide you through a series of cognitive training exercises using VR, tablet exercises, digital sensorimotor stations, interactive vision and auditory applications, reaction lights, visual training glasses, balance boards, and other equipment. All athletes start with an initial evaluation.
Virtual Program - COMING SOON!
When you become a Mastermind Sports member, you can train anywhere, at your own pace, with the virtual program. The self-guided program integrates VR games and tablet exercises to develop the essential skills needed to raise your performance ceiling. Receive daily training recommendations, monitor your progress through ongoing skills assessments and see how you stack up to other athletes on the leaderboard. Available in January 2023.
