Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you or your child. This page explains how to make that request and what happens next.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, contact us using either of the following, and include enough detail for us to find your record, such as the name and email address used with our service:

Data collected through Facebook

If you connected to our service using Facebook, you can ask us to delete the information we received that way using the same methods above. Let us know that your request relates to Facebook so we can locate the correct data.

What happens next

We will confirm your request, verify who you are so we do not delete the wrong record, and then delete the personal information we are not required to keep. We complete deletion requests within the time required by applicable law.
